What to tell me
Buying: your budget range, whether you are after a condo or a villa, and roughly when you want to move. I will tell you what that actually buys on the Dutch side, and what it does not.
Selling: the address and anything you already know about the title. On the Dutch side the seller usually pays the agent commission, and a civil-law notary handles the deed and registration.
Relocating: what is driving the move. I will be honest with you about whether St Maarten fits, because it does not fit everyone.
