Two rentals I host, both Superhost. A marina-view apartment on the Simpson Bay strip and a beach-club condo in Cupecoy. Each is an entire unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleeps 6. Nightly rates move with the season, so check live dates on Airbnb. If you fall for the island and start thinking about owning here, that is my day job, and we can talk.

Good to Know

Do you host these yourself?
Yes. I host both of them personally as a Superhost. When you message a listing, you are talking to me, not a management desk.
Rates move with the season and demand, so I do not quote a fixed number here. Pick your dates on Airbnb and you will see the live price and availability straight away.
Both are on the Dutch side, Sint Maarten. Simpson Bay is central and lively; Cupecoy sits quietly on the west end. The French side, Saint Martin, is a short drive from either.
On the Simpson Bay place I can arrange airport pickup, grocery pre-stocking, a private chef, and island tours on request. And if you want to look at buying property while you are here, that is what I do the rest of the time.
