We start in the Sint Maarten neighborhood you think you want. Walk a property at 9:30am — you see how morning logistics actually work. Coffee at a local spot, not a tourist one.

Neighborhood #2 — usually the surprise
I almost always include a Sint Maarten neighborhood you didn’t have on your list. About 60% of buyers end up choosing it. We walk one or two properties and the streets.

Lunch + recap

Day With Wei Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my partner / family on a Day With Wei?
Yes. Up to 4 people in the car. Children are fine but the day’s pace is adult-oriented. If you’re traveling with kids and a partner, I usually recommend the partner does Day With Wei while the kids stay at the hotel pool.
Do I have to be ready to buy a Sint Maarten property to book?
Most Day With Wei clients are 3–12 months from a purchase decision. The day is about clarifying whether and how, not writing an offer. I never push.
Can the day be customized for my situation?
Yes. If you want to focus on one specific area, see more properties, or include school visits / hospital tours, just tell me ahead of time. The framework adapts.
Does the $500 apply toward a Sint Maarten property purchase?
Yes. If you transact with me within 12 months, the $500 is credited toward your closing. Most clients don’t ask about this — they get more value from the day itself than from the credit.
What happens if it rains on my Day With Wei?
The day still runs. Sint Maarten rain is brief and we plan around it. The car is comfortable. The properties are visible. Lunch is indoors.
Do you offer half-day Sint Maarten property tours?
Sometimes. Email me with what you’d want to focus on and I’ll tell you whether it can fit a half-day. Half-day rate is $300.
Is there a virtual / remote version of Day With Wei?
Not for Day With Wei specifically — the value is being here. But I do offer a remote service called Digital Embarkation (pre-arrival relocation prep), and free 30-minute discovery calls if you want to see if Sint Maarten is even worth visiting.
